We meet at Revier Mountain Lodge in Saas-Fee at around 12:15 PM and take some time to get to know each other. We can deposit our luggage and explore the region on a relaxed hike. Back at the hotel, a relaxation session follows in the studio and then we head off to a delicious dinner somewhere in the village.
In the evening, we have time to think about wishes and resolutions that we will incorporate into our autogenic training in the coming days.
The motto is movement and relaxation, everything is allowed and nothing has to be. Enjoy the soft beds a little longer or get up early and start the day fit and fresh with progressive muscle relaxation. We meet for breakfast from 8 AM and then start our hiking day at around 10 AM. While we are out and about in the impressive natural surroundings of Saas-Fee, we always have time to linger and relax with various methods.
If the weather cooperates, we will make a longer stop one day at the wonderful Kneipp facility in Saas-Fee and refresh ourselves in the cool glacier water.
Back at the hotel, you are invited to a session of autogenic training in the afternoon. This is where your wishes and resolutions come to fruition. Rested and relaxed, we end the day in a restaurant that we can pick together.
If you wish, you can join for an evening walk or simply relax at the end of the day.
The weekend is drawing to a close, but before we head home, we use the day for plenty of relaxation and exercise. Before breakfast, there is another opportunity for a refreshing session of progressive muscle relaxation. We also go on a hike, from which we return at around 3 PM. We return home relaxed and with plenty of new energy.
The Saas Valley offers an impressive variety of hikes that lead through enchanted forests, along babbling brooks and over old stone bridges. The trails range from gentle strolls to challenging hikes that reward you with fantastic views of the majestic glaciated mountains. Countless places invite you to unwind and enjoy the tranquillity of the mountain world. This combination of active movement and deep immersion in nature makes Saas-Fee the ideal place to harmonize body and soul.

The Revier Mountain Lodge in Saas-Fee is the new star in the hotel sky - it only opened in January 2025 and is already our favourite place for a hiking retreat. Located in the middle of the village, cosy rooms with lots of wood, comfortable beds and modern design await us. The relaxed atmosphere is perfect for our retreat spirit and we have a separate room for our exercises. A place to arrive, switch off and simply feel good.
You can choose whether to book a double room for single use or a bed in a double room. We divide the rooms so that you have a room partner of the same sex. If the second bed is not booked, we will provide you with the double room for single use, but in this case we will grant you a 50% discount on the single room supplement. If the second bed is reallocated before departure, you will of course be refunded the additional charge. Alternatively, you can rebook onto one of our other tours or cancel free of charge within the specified cancellation period.
We only have a limited number of single rooms available. Therefore, please book as early as possible. We will contact you after your booking to find out whether a single room is available.
The price includes a rich breakfast buffet that provides us with everything we need for an active start to the day.
Other meals are not included in the price. Everyone is responsible for their own snacks during the day - there is a bakery and supermarket nearby. In the evening, we round off the day together and choose a restaurant in Saas-Fee that suits our mood - cosy, delicious and relaxed.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a small cushion and a light blanket so that you can make yourself comfortable during the relaxation sessions.

Discover offersYou should have the stamina for hikes of up to 4 hours and/or ascents and descents of around 900 meters in altitude.
The trail leads along narrow paths and is slightly exposed in places. The hiking trail is not technically very demanding, but can be quite steep. Good surefootedness is a must.
The hikes are at difficulty levels T2-T3 on the SAC hiking scale. No extremely exposed sections are to be expected, but depending on the path and route, you should be sure-footed in rough terrain.
You do not need any previous knowledge of the relaxation methods progressive muscle relaxation and autogenic training.
