Thursday: Arrive on your own and go for a short hike in the afternoon, followed by a first relaxation session before dinner.

Friday & Saturday: For early risers there is PMR (progressive muscle relaxation) before breakfast. Each day we set off on a variety of hikes with built-in relaxation sessions. In the late afternoon, you can relax with another relaxation session with AT (autogenic training) in the hotel and then we end the day with a cozy dinner together.

Sunday: PMR for early risers, followed by a delicious and extensive breakfast. Before leaving, we go on a hike together and say goodbye to a relaxing weekend in the early afternoon.

The hikes are at difficulty levels T2-T3 on the SAC hiking scale. No extremely exposed sections are to be expected, but depending on the path and route, you should be sure-footed in rough terrain.

Thursday: Arrive and let go

We meet at Hotel The Capra in Saas-Fee at around 2 p.m. and take some time to get to know each other. We can deposit our luggage and explore the region on a relaxed hike. Back at the hotel, a relaxation session follows in the studio and then a delicious dinner awaits you.

In the evening, we have time to think about wishes and resolutions that we will incorporate into our autogenic training in the coming days.

Friday + Saturday: Peace inside and out

The motto is movement and relaxation, everything is allowed and nothing has to be. Enjoy the soft beds a little longer or start the day fit and fresh with progressive muscle relaxation. We meet for breakfast from 08:00 and then start our hiking day at around 10:00. While we are out and about in the impressive natural surroundings of Saas-Fee, we always have time to linger and relax with various methods.

If the weather cooperates, we will make a longer stop one day at the wonderful Kneipp facility in Saas-Fee and refresh ourselves in the cool glacier water.

Back at the hotel, you are invited to a session of autogenic training in the afternoon. This is where your wishes and resolutions come to fruition. Rested and relaxed, we end the day in the restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and a delicious dinner.

If you wish, you can join us for an evening walk or simply relax at the end of the day.

Sunday: Relaxation to go

The weekend is drawing to a close, but before we head home, we use the day for plenty of relaxation and exercise. Before breakfast, there is another opportunity for a refreshing session of progressive muscle relaxation. We also go on a slightly shorter hike, from which we return at around 1:30 pm. We return home relaxed and with plenty of new energy.

The trails range from gentle strolls to challenging hikes that reward you with fantastic views of the majestic glaciated mountains. Equipment

Yoga mats are available in the relaxation room, but of course you can also bring your own mat or an extra blanket.
