Wir heissen dich zwischen 15:00 und 16:00 Uhr herzlich im gemütlichen Hotel Palü in Pontresina - time to arrive, take a deep breath and get to know each other. In a relaxed atmosphere, we start with a first yoga session to prepare body and mind for the upcoming weekend full of exercise, nature and relaxation.
In the evening, we enjoy a delicious dinner together - either directly at the hotel or in one of the charming restaurants in Pontresina. Afterwards, we round off the day in a relaxed atmosphere and get in the mood for the adventures to come.
We start the day with an activating yoga session to gently get body and mind going. After an invigorating breakfast, we set off on a guided trail running tour through the impressive Upper Engadin mountains. Thanks to free use of mountain railroads and public transport, we put together a varied route - with fantastic views and guaranteed flow, adapted to the level of the group.
At lunchtime, we take a leisurely break with a picnic on the way or stop off at one of the rustic mountain huts - depending on the weather, mood and desire.
In the afternoon, you have the choice: relax in the hotel's own wellness area or treat yourself to a regenerating yoga session to round off the day. After dinner together, we bring the day to a relaxed close - if you like, you can deepen the tranquillity with a gentle evening yoga session.
After a final invigorating yoga session in the morning and a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we lace up our running shoes once again and discover more trails around Pontresina. On this day too, you can expect a varied route that is fun, challenging but not overwhelming - and concludes the retreat with a special highlight.
Tired legs, a big heart and a smile on your face - that's how we say goodbye to the weekend in the mountains. We are happy to organize a transfer to Pontresina train station on request.
The Engadin is one of the most impressive high mountain valleys in Europe - a region that inspires with its vastness, clarity and diversity. Nestled between majestic peaks, crystal-clear lakes and sun-drenched plateaus, the Engadin offers a unique backdrop for outdoor activities.
The Engadin is a real gem for trail runners: countless paths wind their way through larch forests, across flowering alpine meadows, along rushing streams and up to mountain ridges with stunning views. The trails are as varied as the landscape itself - from flowing panoramic trails to more technically demanding passages, there is something for every level.
Thanks to the altitude of between 1,800 and over 3,000 meters, you not only train here in breathtaking surroundings, but also particularly efficiently. And best of all: the perfect infrastructure with mountain railroads, public transport and charming mountain huts makes the trail running experience in the Engadin pleasantly comfortable - without compromising on adventure.
Arrival and departure are individual. The meeting point is on Friday between 15:00 - 16:00 at the Hotel Palü in Pontresina. An optional transfer from Pontresina train station through the hotel is possible, please let us know in advance if you would like to use this option.
The course ends on Sunday around 16:00.
The Hotel Palü is located on the edge of Pontresina - right at the start of fantastic trails and in the middle of the fascinating Engadine mountains. As a 3-star superior hotel, the Palü offers everything the outdoor heart desires - from sports-friendly infrastructure and healthy food to an atmosphere that invites you to linger. A place where you can feel completely at ease before, during and after our adventures.

If someone is found for the second bed before departure, you will of course be refunded the extra charge. We only have a limited number of single rooms available. So book as early as possible. We will contact you after your booking to see if a single room is available.
